The Lodge at Parent Lake offers the following amenities:
- FREE dock space at the main Lodge and at our dock at the Twenty
Mile Landing. The dock at the main Lodge is 120 feet long, and the dock at
the Twenty Mile Landing is 60 feet long.
- FREE parking for cars and trailers at the main Lodge. Low cost, secure
parking is available at the Twenty Mile dock.
- TACKLE SHOP specializing in lures that work on walleye and northern
pike in dark water lakes.
- BAIT and ICE are available at The Lodge. Bait for sale includes:
frozen minnows, frozen Ciscoes, and fresh night crawlers. Ice comes in cubes
and blocks.
- CONVENIENCE STORE at the Lodge sells staples like milk, bread, cold
cuts, eggs and bacon. We also stock cameras and film, batteries, tooth paste
and tooth brushes, razors, and shaving crème; mosquito coils and bug spray;
SPF 30 sun screen; bug jackets, head nets, and rain gear. We also carry soup,
spaghetti and spaghetti sauce, Klik (the Canadian version of Spam), cookies
and crackers, coffee and tea, sugar, creamer, and flour. If we don’t have
it, we will get it.
- GAS and OIL are available for your outboard motors. We mix all the
gas we sell for our rental motors 50:1.
- SATELITTE TV is available in the Guest Lounge in both English and
French.
- PAY TELEPHONE is also available in the Guest Lounge.
- The Lodge also has a LENDING LIBRARY of books in English, everything
from thrillers to history to romances to Westerns.
- FISH CLEANING HOUSE for guests to use, with electrical outlets for
electric fillet knives, laminate cutting surfaces, and cold running water.
- FREE COFFEE is available for guests in the Guest Lounge at all times.
- A FREE BATTERY CHARGER is available for your use.
